However, we do not guarantee that tournament dates, deadlines, fees, locations, or availability are always current or error-free. Always verify registration details directly with the tournament organizer or circuit before registering or making any financial commitments.
SmartRound AI is not responsible for missed registrations, double-bookings, or financial losses resulting from reliance on information displayed in the Service.
The SmartRound AI name, logo, design, and all original content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by SmartRound AI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Tournament names, logos, and circuit branding referenced in the Service remain the property of their respective owners.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
